About Skills for Success Courses and Webinars
Skills for Success classes are designed to create learning opportunities that prepare employees for current job demands and future career opportunities.
Workforce Development Competencies are designed to help supervisors evaluate the skills and knowledge an employee might need to perform a job, and then match those needs with the courses available through the Partnership's Skills for Success program.
