Instead of coping, resisting, or controlling, you’ll be able to adapt to change by building resilience and focusing on your strengths and motivation. As a result, you’ll be able to navigate through change more effectively and develop strategies to cope with inevitable change in the workplace. By the end of the class, participants will be able to:

- Reflect on your personal reaction to change.
- Identify common barriers to the acceptance of change and ways to overcome them.
