We all rely on feedback to reinforce what we do well and what we can do to improve ourselves. However, not all feedback is easy to deliver or acknowledge. This course will guide participants in giving effective feedback as well as responding to feedback in a constructive way. By the end of the class, participants will be able to:

  • Define feedback and its importance in the workplace.
  • Identify the characteristics of effective feedback.
  • Identify best practices for receiving feedback.
  • Apply best practices for giving effective feedback.
