Get Customized Training for Your Agency
Request a Partnership Training - The Partnership offers 100+ Partnership courses to support employee development and address skill gaps. Courses can be brought on-site or at a nearby location.
Use Targeted Tuition Benefits - Through our network of 140+ accredited schools and education providers, employees can receive tuition assistance for training.
Apply for a Training Grant - We can help you apply for our Workforce Training Grant or Safety & Health Training Grant to fund a training we don’t offer or isn’t covered through our tuition benefits program.

Trades, Operations & Maintenance
Request Trades Training - Customized training in Air Conditioning, Blueprint Reading, Carpentry, Electricity, Masonry, Plumbing, and Small Engine Repair.
Participate in the Applied Skilled Trades Program - Through labor-management collaboration, agencies can participate in this two-year program that prepares employees for journey-level careers through classroom and hands-on training in Carpenter, Electrician, Mason & Plasterer, and Plumber & Steamfitter.
Safety & Health
Request Safety & Health Training - Customized training focused on injury prevention, workplace safety, and employee well-being.
Apply for a Safety & Health Training Grant - Receive up to $50,000 to improve safety committees, enhance safety programs, reduce workplace injuries and illnesses, and expand organizational safety knowledge.
Adult Education Basics (AEB)
Help employees build the foundational skills needed to succeed in today’s workplace.
Request AEB Training - Customized training in Reading, Writing, Math, English for Speakers of other Languages (ESOL), and Pronunciation.
Administrative Assistant Traineeship (AAT)
This two-year program prepares Administrative Assistant Trainees for advancement to Administrative Assistant 1 through targeted training in essential workplace skills.
Build a Better Work Environment Through Grants
New York State Managers and CSEA Leaders can jointly apply for Partnership grants that improve team performance, enhance workplace safety, boost employee well-being, and address critical organizational needs. We offer:
