Build a Successful Labor-Management Committee

A Labor-Management Committee (LMC) is a collaborative group of labor and management leaders within an agency, facility, or worksite. Together, they discuss and resolve issues of mutual concern to improve the workplace. Committees may be local, regional, statewide, or special topic committees, such as education and training, safety and health, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), or others.

The NYS & CSEA Partnership helps labor and management leaders build strong, collaborative relationships and address workplace challenges together.
