During this webinar, the Department of Civil Service’s Career Mobility Office (CMO) will demonstrate a useful online resource tool called GOT-IT (Glossary of Titles – Inquiry Tool) to assist State employees in searching specific job titles, occupations, career ladders, and career mobility opportunities. By the end of the class, participants will be able to:
- Discover how to access and navigate GOT-IT.
- Distinguish the four different search mechanisms that provide information on specific titles, agencies, occupations, and geographic locations.
