The Partnership’s self-paced online courses provide a flexible way to build job skills and advance your career - anytime, anywhere. Developed in response to employee, labor, and management feedback, these courses are designed for individuals who may not be able to attend live training due to work schedules, shift assignments, or other commitments.
Learn at your own pace and complete courses at work (with supervisory approval) or from home. Our goal is to make professional development more accessible while allowing you to fit learning into your schedule. All courses include closed captions and are compatible with screen readers.
