Dawn E. Hall - Coordinator of Advisement Services
Dawn has been advising CSEA-represented NYS employees at the Partnership since the Fall of 2022. Before that, she worked at Mildred Elley College and Glenmont Job Corps Center, overseeing the Career Counseling team. Dawn has over ten years of experience in guidance counseling and career services. She enjoys helping people navigate the labor market, explore their career options, and develop SMART goals to assist with long-term career planning.

Jeff Thomas - Advisor
Jeff has been advising CSEA-represented NYS employees at the Partnership since the spring of 2020. Prior to that, he worked at Saint Paul College where he oversaw the student tutors and enjoyed advising a diverse group of students on their studies. Jeff enjoys being able to use those experiences in higher education to assist employees in their endeavors to further their career and education.

Amy Nagy - Advisor
Amy has been a Partnership Advisor since January 2025. Before that, she spent over ten years in the ESOL field, working in various roles. She started as an instructor, teaching both in the U.S. and abroad, and later became the Director of Academics at a private language school in New York City. Amy is excited to use her experience working with adult learners to help CSEA-represented NYS employees further their education and reach their career goals.
