The NYS & CSEA Partnership administers three grant programs that support the collaborative efforts of NYS agencies and CSEA locals to achieve the joint goals of improving employee quality of work-life, workplace safety and health, and workforce development initiatives.
Through collaboration and leadership, successful grant initiatives can help build cooperation and trust among NYS managers and CSEA leaders, and strengthen a willingness to work together on a day-to-day basis.
