This webinar introduces participants to interpersonal communication skills and focuses on speaking with confidence. The basic elements of the communication model will be reviewed along with verbal and non-verbal communication. This webinar was designed to help participants increase their level of confidence when communicating at work. By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
