Additional Education Resources Educational Advisement Services Partnership advisors are available to assist eligible CSEA-represented employees with understanding Tuition Benefits Program policies and procedures; however, please remember that the final responsibility for using these benefits within the guidelines set by the Partnership rests with the employee. Education Guides: A Resource for New York State Employees This is a series of handouts on topics that are useful for educational planning and career development. Partnership advisors work with employees in all of these areas. Single copies of each guide are available by calling (518) 486-7814 (Press Option 1) or (800) 253-4332 (Press Option 1), or can be downloaded from the Catalogs, Applications, and Publications page. Guide 1: Returning to Learning Support Services for Students with Disabilities Many colleges offer assistance to students who have a physical or learning disability. If you have a disability and are interested in taking courses, call the Partnership at (518) 486-7814 (Press Option 1) or (800) 253-4332 (Press Option 1) or email us at advisors@nyscseapartnership.org or check the appropriate box on the tuition benefits application form. You may also call the school directly to arrange services. We suggest you do this as soon as possible.
