The Partnership is pleased to announce an online learning certificate program for CSEA-represented New York State employees. We designed this unique learning opportunity for employees who have busy work schedules. Participants will enhance their problem solving skills from the comfort of their home or from their workplace, with supervisory approval.
By completing the Problem Solving Techniques Certificate Program, you will:
- Identify methods to get to the root causes of a problem
- Compare approaches to generate alternative solutions to a problem
- Discover techniques to weigh and choose the best solution for a problem
To participate in the certificate program, you will need a computer or mobile device and Internet connection. The Problem Solving Techniques Certificate Program will be offered from May 19, 2021 to November 30, 2021.
Registering for the Problem Solving Techniques Certificate Program
To participate, you must have registered for both a Partnership Online Learning License and the Certificate Program in the Statewide Learning Management System (SLMS).
