The Partnership is pleased to announce a new online learning certificate program for CSEA-represented New York State employees. We designed this unique learning opportunity for employees who have busy work schedules. Participants will increase their knowledge of Microsoft Word from the comfort of their home or from their workplace with supervisory approval.
By completing the Microsoft Word 2016 Basics Certificate Program, you will:

- Demonstrate your dedication to lifelong learning and professional development
- Fulfill one of four mandatory training requirements for the Administrative Assistant Traineeship
To participate in the certificate program, you will need a computer and a connection to the Internet. The program will be offered from February 3, 2020 to February 2, 2021.
