The Partnership is pleased to announce an online learning certificate program for CSEA-represented New York State employees. We designed this unique learning opportunity for employees who have busy work schedules. Participants will increase their knowledge of conflict resolution skills from the comfort of their home or from their workplace with supervisory approval.
By completing the Building Conflict Resolution Skills Certificate Program, you will:
- Examine the types of conflict situations you are likely to experience
- Learn strategies to reduce conflict in the workplace
- Understand the benefits of conflict
To participate in the certificate program, you will need a computer or mobile device and Internet connection. The Building Conflict Resolution Skills Certificate Program will be offered from July 20, 2020 to January 29, 2021.
Registering for the Building Conflict Resolution Skills Certificate Program
To participate, you must have registered for both a Partnership Online Learning License and the Certificate Program in the Statewide Learning Management System (SLMS).
