Labor-Management Training

Customized Labor-Management Committee Process courses were presented to groups of multiple labor-management committees from the NYS Office of Children and Family Services and the NYS Department of Transportation.

Labor-Management Courses & Facilitation Services

Committee Development Courses - Provide training for both new and experienced committee members. Emphasis is on building communication and problem-solving skills unique to the committee environment.

Custom Consultation and Facilitation Services - Worksite consultation, conflict mediation services and facilitation to assist labor and management in developing skills that will promote effective and cooperative interaction.

Contract Administration Courses - One and two-day courses on a variety of topics about the 2003-2007 Agreement.
