Clerical and Secretarial Programs

Can help you or your employees:

  • develop skills necessary for job mobility

Training courses are specifically designed around the knowledge, skills, and abilities required of State employees in clerical, secretarial, and office paraprofessional titles as well as in administrative/program traineeships. The courses may be suitable for employees in other titles.


CSEA-Represented NYS Employees
