Welcome The Partnership thanks you for taking advantage of this exciting educational opportunity. The Online Safety & Health Certificate Programs (SHCP) are self-directed and a creative way to increase your job-related safety awareness or refresh previously acquired knowledge. Two online certificates are being offered, one in Construction and one in General Industry.

The SHCP is a FREE study program designed specifically for NYS CSEA-represented employees. Take courses at your own pace, in the comfort of your home, or at work with the approval of your supervisor.

To participate in the programs all you need is a computer and a connection to the Internet. The application period ended on December 31, 2009. Participants can begin taking courses on January 4, 2010. All required course work must be completed by July 2, 2010.
