CSEA-represented NYS employees in all CSEA bargaining units in more than 1,000 agency facilities and worksites within the State's Executive Branch are eligible. These individuals serve in jobs that include clerical and secretarial, institutional and direct care, operations and maintenance, and various other titles. These NYS employees are eligible to take over 2600 SkillSoft courses along with two Partnership Labor-Management courses. See Agency Participating.
Guests: NYS managers who are not represented by CSEA (such as agency or facility managers, human resources directors, and training directors), and especially labor-management committee co-chairs (management representatives) are eligible to take the two Partnership Labor-Management courses.
